Great Service provided by Sireesh auto staff, polite, timely response and good treatment.
Special thanks to my assigned Advisor: Venkatesh, who took care of everything by doing timely follow-ups with all other sections and delivered the vehicle 1 day before what we asked for. Still yet to test our new family member TUV and it's performance.report this review -

Very good staff, quick to help out regardless of whether you're having a vehicle from the same dealership. The service center is about 5-6 kms away form the showroom in Singasandra.

Good experience from Sales team, polite and decent.
The offers are almost the same as that of any other showrooms.

Sales staff was pleasant. Used car evaluation is totally unprofessional and technically challenged staff who does not understand automobile technologies. Even though I was not planning to sell my old car, they forced me to get it evaluated just to list out a number of silly cribbing wrong statements about my old car so that they can sell me a new one !

The showroom lacks enough space for the number of customers it gets during peak season. The decor is purely functional and not designed to impress anyone. There is very little parking space.

They have competent staff, good management system. They always do a good job. I service my vehicle only here since the past three years. You may ask for service advisor Anish or Srinivas.

Horrible after sales service experience. They are good only till you buy a car from them. After the first service of my XUV W6, the passenger seat belt alarm stopped working. Not a major thing to worry, but after repeated complaints during the second service, they still did not rectify it. The car appeared shabby after second service, and was not even cleaned properly. Even though someone called me for a feedback after the second service and promised that my complaints will be taken care of, no one has reverted since.

The worst place you can buy a Mahindra vehicle from in Bangalore. Here delivery and dispatch will be done as per your convenience but once delivered you are at their mercy.
1. My Bolero ZLX purchased in April 2016 had curry stains in middle row seats, I unfortunately saw it the next day. I was too excited on the day of delivery, so they turned my excitement to dismay and only cleaned it partially.
2. The stereo - Kenwood was provided without a remote but other Bolero owners said I should get a remote.
3. During all the services spanning 20000 kilometers, I was told the wheel alignment technician is on leave (over a span of 5 months!!!) and alignment was not done which resulted in pre-mature tire wearout on the edges.report this review -

Horrible customer service.. I had enquired for kuv100 petrol variant cause I wanted one extra seat.. I really wanted to buy the car as I felt it was a reasonable price and I wanted to exchange my 2006 top end Santro.. One guy came to my home saw my car and they dint call me back as it was their tactics so that I call them.. I waited for few days and called them and those idiots said 50k, since I really wanted to purchase I contacted Rolan the agent with whom I was in touch he asked me to come to showroom and he was not their spoke to some other guy and got a very disappointing response So when to Trident hyundai and they offered 1.3 k for my car.. Looking at the price hyundai offered I kept quite.. Later after a month some ameture guy from Sireesh Auto called me asking if I want to buy the car I said I'm not happy with your service he told me "if hyundai is giving you better offering I can't help" and disconnected.
In sort they are just cheating taking your money and giving discount back to you
Never ever Buy from this show room and Kuv100 does not even stand a chance I'm fornt of i10
Just yesterday I exchange my car with hyundai for 1.6k I got actual market price from themreport this review -

I have purchased a TUV 300 T8 100HP on 2nd October. Overall sales experience is excellent. Special mention to Sales Lead and Sales Executives, Mr. Anil and Mr. Venkatesh. The team has taken us through the process professionally and the entire transaction is very transparent.
