Hi

I am chandru I bought the car from silicon cars 3 months back and the document transfer is still not done or the insurance..whenever I was calling them they said it will take another couple days and unfortunately I meet with an accident and asked them for my documents to proceed with the insurance policy and now they r saying transfer is still done not it's more than 3 months ,since I have given my documents for registration and requested them to speak to the first owner and get the insurance done ,however I got a response saying that don't know the owner ,they got this car through a third party all this was not told to me when I bought the car from them ..I don't know what to do?
