Heavy service charges.
I paid the amount for service charge equal to the cost of spare parts..
Tooo worst...
If you want a break cable change..they will charge FOR CHANGING THE BREAK CABLE ALMOST EQUAL to the PRICE OF BREAK CABLE..
And for every spare part there will be separate service charge...
And make a special charge as 3000KM SERVICE CHARGE... couldn't understand...
After adding total service charges the sum is1150...
and sum of total spare parts price is 1700...
That means I can buy spare parts again for the cost of service charge...
Very much disappointed...
The only answer i got is vespa bike parts are not easily available as other bikes......hmmmmm
Worst service. Staff are not up to the mark, local mechanics are 100% better.

1. Bad attitude & cheap persons. Very bad service.
2. Always try to exploit customers, by says suddenly something went wrong and have to replace parts.
3. Most of the time card machine will not work. They want cash payment to avoid tax.
I had a very bad exprience today with the service center at Jubille Hills today. I had been there for meter cable replacement. Aftermarket taking the order card, they took 2 hours for the replacement. While repairing, they messed up the light switch as well. The staffs are not qualified at all for the job.
Pathetic and horrible service I have ever seen in my life and this is not the first time this is the third time,not customer friendly,i suggest you opt for other service centre.
