    Wonderful job they have done for my TVS Wego scooter.
    After flood, given the bike to 2 other centers, but not satisfied. But, tried with these guys, my bike came back like new. No issues till now.
    Also I am getting reminders calls for next services.
    But, they take service charge for card payment.

    Very very worst customer service.they made me to wait for nearly 30 mins to accept the vehicle for service in the morning 9am
    Itself. They promised to deliver by 5PM.even I called by 2:30Pm to confirm the same. they asked me to drop by 5 pm for the delivery. I went at 5 Pm . It make their service even
    Worse by asking me to wait for 30 mins but just for disappointment they asked to come by 6:30. Seems no one was assigned for my vehicle. Later I has wait till 7:30 to get my vehicle delivered.No one answered promptly.

    True face of SATYA MOTORS after the purchase,
    During the vehicle delivery it took nearly 2 hrs to deliver my bike b’cos of key mismatch (Shutter lock key), after the huge fight with the manger, Shutter lock was replaced & the vehicle was delivered (Irresponsible answer by manager & service delivery person)

    SERVICE 1 –
    • During the weekend free service are denied & requested to come on week days ..
    • After wasting 40 mins of my valuable time , service person noted the issue raised about the vehicle..
    • Staff’s were very rude in their behaviors
    After the first service, i received a call from Satya motor regarding the service ratings , I rated the service has ZERO , I support person started begging & i changed the rating to 9, more over she informed that i would receive a call from TVS regarding the service rating and requested to rate the same (9).

    SERVICE 2 –
    • I received a call from the satya motor regarding the service reminder & i booked a appointment and they assured 1hour delivery
    • Service person noted the issue raised about the vehicle & requested for Teflon coating
    • Vehicle service was good however big nail was pointed towards the footrest
    • I called up Satya motors & raised the concern about the big nail was pointed towards the footrest (manager came in sorted out the issue)
    • After the second service, i received a call from Satya motor regarding the service ratings , I rated the service has 5 , I support person started begging & i changed the rating to 9, more over she informed that i would receive a call from TVS regarding the service rating and requested to rate the same (9).

    SERVICE 3 –
    • I received a call from the satya motor regarding the service reminder & i booked a appointment and they assured 1hour delivery
    • Vehicle was delivered after 1 hrs 30mins and had one of the most worst experience
    • Vehicle was not water washed & they did some polish work on the bike, when i raised the complaint about the water wash the support was rude in their behavior & used abusive words
    • When i contacted the manager ,he called up the support person & sorted out the issue
    • Support person name – Krishna kumar & Satya Kumar, please take some necessary action..

    BEST OF SATYA MOTOR – WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE CORE AND BEGGING FOR POSITIVE RATING FROM THE CUSTOMER’S

    I just got inside this show room to enquire about TVS Victor. There is no one to.receive and they all engaged on their own discussion. I just stepped out and I can understand how they will treat me after I make purxhase. I will not buy here.
