  A nice place in the heart of west Delhi... accessible from all west Delhi prime colonies...ample parking with valet...food is decently priced and the location is suited for a family gathering .Live music facility available.

  This is on 40min drive from Airport at Hari Nagar, near Deendayal Upadhay Hospital, in janakpuri district centre. This is the newly built Hotel of 4star category. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean.

  Breakfast lunch dinner service staff not do there own work properly.
  Some waiters work honestly not all.
  Old furniture used.
  Not properly attended on respecton at the time of check in.
  Room service better than restaurants
  Hair dryer not working
  Bath shower not properly working in room no 207 till 7 July 2017

  Attended engagement party. Beautiful place with excellent service. Food was good. It appears they have hotel rooms and saw foreigners visiting and staying.

  Have not got a fair deal, things agreed during menu finalization for a get together were not delivered. Even hotel management accused us of not checking upfront at the start of the party that whether agreed items have been provided by them or not. It seems that hotel management are least bothered about customer because entire payment has been given to them in advance before the start of the party. Basic items like coffee and live pasta which ware there in the menu, were never served. For coffee, hotel management said it is served on demand and since nobody has demanded hence not served. This is a clear example of unfair practices adopted by such so called hotels with zero ethics and zero customer experience.
