Very Disappointing by UP police. they just create a Use less website and appoint some ordinary staff in the name of Cyber crime and show us that how much UP Police is aware to stop cyber crime. no one response over phone call. You can not register your complaint online cause they code website like that its always show error. No Complaint lodge means No Crime. Cyber cell is open to fool public. Guys dont waste your time with them.

They are not interested in catching the culprits. I tried to log the complaint and Mr. Abhishek over there denied. I had kept the culprits engaged so that they could have traced them. but UP police. one was playing mobile game and other one just discussing and discouraging the me.

Went there. They are not ready to listen to complaints. The phone no. stated on their website do not work and when called a guy says this is not cyber cell.

Their helpline number doesn't work, and neither does their portal. I am trying to report a fake call that is trying to take ATM details of unsuspecting card holders, and the cyber cell is least interested in taking ANY complaints. This is exactly why UP is a lawless state.

How it works: The scammers would randomly call US citizens, informing them about a virus attack on their personal computer. The gullible user, who falls into the trap, would agree to the offer made by the scammers to debug the computer. Using Team Viewer software (used for Internet-based remote access and support. Through the software one can connect to any PC or server so as to remote control the target PC) the scammers would pretend to debug the computer. The unsuspecting customer would be asked to pay anything between $200- $500 for the service. Considering that thousands of people are enticed into believing the scammers every day, the total volume of the scam runs into several hundred thousands of dollars every month.

Behavior was not good....there is no fan or anything outside for the person who came with their problem but they love to sit in AC....and I was just Calling to customer care from inside for some bank verification and one Police sahab came and told me go and do what ever you want outside where temperature was above 39 that day.........what a helping behavior of police.....if you are already in trouble they will welcome you wid more trouble and worst behavior .....thnku delhi Cybre Crime.,🙂
