  I consulted Dr. Subanjan Das regarding a month old gym injury pretty stressed and worried. After the very first visit itself I felt much better because of how thoroughly he explained me my problem. After the six sessions and the regular exercises the pain is almost gone. If you are looking for a very professional and experienced physiotherapist I would definitely recommend you give him a visit and you can decide for yourself thereafter.

  Dr. Subhanjan Das is a 13 experienced Physiotherapist working in Apollo Clinic (HSR Layout, Bangalore). I consulted him for a persisting upper back pain. He seems extremely knowledgeable, took time to look at my MRI, and listened carefully to my history. Using the MRI, he spotted the problem, confirmed it during my first visit itself, and recommended few simple stretching and exercise activities to do at home and at work place. After a month from the date of visit, i feel really relieved now and the frequency & intensity of pain substantially reduced. I had only visited him twice and I really feel the difference.
  
  Completely satisfied with the method of treatment adopted by Dr. Subhanjan Das and I recommend him for anyone looking for an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist. :) :)

  Well taken care of...
  The hospital staff especially Dr.shubanjan das were warm and friendly. The work was done efficiently. Even though my injury was a comple ACL tear managed without surgery.

  I found the treatment very useful. I was feeling a lot of headache and spasm in neck and shoulder area and back since last 5 to 6 months and also felt dizzy many times. This was mostly due to my desk job. I started attending physiotherapy sessions with Veena Mam at HSR Apollo clinic and felt a lot of relief after the first session itself. Attended a total of 6 sessions and now am feeling completely relieved of the pain.
