  Recently bought a laptop for friend, Which has some very small software issue. But we requested a new piece. They replaced with no problem.

  Very bad support service. They sold the extended warranty saying they will provide so many services free of cost, but at the time of servicing they ask to pay for it.

  Pathetic after sale service. No adequate staff to deliver the refrigerator at my place. I had to help them, still the could not shift to my apartment my from ground floor. Very disappointed.

  Worst place to buy any product. Staff don't give prior information regarding products, while installing you need to pay extra amount. Never ever suggest this place. Service also pathetic, they can change their words to save their jobs. Don't care about customer satisfaction. Not recommended at all

  Pathetic place... no timings for delivery and technician coming for installation. You keep calling them repeatedly and then someone sends you your purchased product after ages. This has happened twice with me when I purchased a fridge and TV. I will never ever go to this store for any purchases in future. Pathetic customer service. The amount of money and time you spend with them following up for your product to be delivered you might as well buy it on line.
  My strong recommendation- Never Ever go to Reliance Digutal at Inorbit Mall in Hyderabad

  I would rate zero !! Worst customer service ever !! This will be last product I'm gonna buy from reliance .. we bought a Samsung washer dryer worth 65k . Delivery was done the very next day but for installation and demo - me and my husband called them more than 20 times now !! Everytime we called they cut the call saying 'aaj Pakka bhejdenge sir ' and when we ask them -at what time, the answer is in an hour and no person turned up till date . Our washing machine is not installed till date .. please stop buying products from reliance !! I definitely recommend Chroma !!

  staff, salesmen, attendents! these are guys who stand at 6 inches distance from you when you even try to look at a product. and they wont let you stare unless you are buying it on the same day. they dont even know to tell the difference between ips and tn panels.. they dont know what is a RAM in computers..all they do is talk 2-3 lines about the product on a repeated basis for their commision and dont give 2 mins privacy even after we request and say "im just looking"
