Prithi Singh Panwar Memorial Education Society (Regd) was founded in Year 2002 in the memory of Shri Pirthi Singh Panwar. This Society has been constituted to perpetuate the memory of Shri. Pirthi Singh Panwar who was born in 1901 in village Tikroul Distt. Saharanpur (U.P.) in a family of farmers.

Raj Singh Industrial Training Centre was set up to perpetuate the memory of Shri. Raj Singh Panwar Pardhan ji S/o Sh. Pirthi Singh Panwar ji and for the fulfilment of his ideology of increasing employment in rural areas.

The PSPMES Society is commited to growth & upliftment of rural youth and for this purpose it evolves and implements programmes of Vocational & Professional Training. The Society has established A V Model School, A Block, Street No. 11, Khajuri Colony, Delhi-94. The Society has started Raj Singh Pvt Industrial Training Institute, Street No. 12, Khajuri Colony, Delhi-94 wth trades like Draughtsman Civil (DMC), Draughtsman Mechanical (DMM), Electronics Mechanic, Electrician affiliated to National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT), Government of India has been running under the guidance and supervision of Directorates of Training & Technical Education, Govt. of NCT Delhi since 2008. Keeping in view the immense Scope of gainful employment opportunities as qualified technician to Indian Youth in general and rural Youth of the country in particular. The courses are affiliated to National Council of Vocational Training Scheme, Government of India and are running under the guidance and supervision of the Directorate of Training & Technical Education Govt. of NCT Delhi.
