  I did like their products and service earlier. However, my last purchase didn't last long and now they say it can't be repaired. They want me to buy another piece of jewelry instead of repairing it. I don't trust them anymore. The larger they grew the greedier they became.

  Very bad experience... Its fraud.. The Gold quality and staff are very bad.. I bough a engagement ring and i got it in different size and in damage condition.
  We visited your store on 2nd October 2017 to buy a ring for my Finance for our engagement, We liked one ring and order to make it of size 6.5. We have been delivered the ring on 6th October 2017 but with different size and little-damaged condition. The ring was not looking even new.
  My Fiance Ms. Foram has complained about that at the same time and one of the people from your staff has requested to take the ring as it was not possible to make it incorrect size and good condition before 13th October 2017 (our engagement day). She also asked to visit your store again after engagement to replace the ring.
  The basis on your request we have visited your store on 16th October 2017 to replace the ring with the correct size, at that time the person in your store and firstly she was not agreed to replace. I had to make her explain an entire issue and convince for the same. Thank god finally she called your other staff and agreed to replace it. But again since it was Diwali and labors were on leave she requested us to visit your store after 24th October 2017 (after Shubh Labh Pacham).
  The basis on your request we agreed to Waite for another 8 days for a ring. My Fiance Ms. Foram has visited again on 25th October 2017 and story repeated, staff was new, she was not ready and we had to make her understand entire case again, Thank god somehow she was agreed and requested us to wait again for 1 day. Your staff said that they would discuss with you (their Manager and Owner of showroom) and after that, they will call us with the final solution.
  Unfortunately, we did not get any call from PramukhPujan for another next 2 days and I had to call on Saturday and I got the response that Manager and Owner are not free or available at the store, Which is not my problem.
  I had the discussion with Pramukh staff but the response was very bad without the solution. They did not pick my call (I have proof).
  Since I have already waited for so long and did not get any solution, I requested a callback from Showroom owner or boss directly, a manager from Pramukh has promised me that I would get a call from Showroom boss before Saturday evening but unfortunately I did not get any call and now I have to go with legally.
