Maintained cleanly by Mahindra City. Security services is also from them. So safe. But no shops in platform. Near the station we have a small T/Petti shop but you wont get bottled drinking water. Now (may 2018) there are 3 shops you can water bottle and some snacks

Well maintained railway station with the coordination of both railways and Mahindra. Just 2 platforms with a ticket counter. Security is available at the station. No shops inside the railway station. Mainly focused at people who work in MWC. Autos and company buses are available outside the station.

Cleanest and Safest station in Chennai MRTS. Security and Ticket counter available till 9.30 PM.. View from station is awesome.. One Grand ma will sell ₹10 snacks pockets in the evening apart from that No shops in platform.

Best Railway Station I have ever been to. Very clean and tidy. Security available till 9.30 PM. Very good location. Kudos to the staffs who keeps this station very clean. Thanks.

The one and only station in Mahindra world city, which means sole option to get to MWC through local Chennai MRTS. It has only one platform. The whole station is quite clean and well maintained as far as cleaniness standards goes for Indian Railways. It has functioning rest rooms which is managble in terms of cleaniness. This place used to have a lot of greenery of trees and plantations around it but currently it has turned into the ruins of battlefield like site (14 Jan 2017) due to the destructive effect of the cyclone Vardha in December 2016. Still, pleasant views of Chengapattu lake and surrounding hills are there. Ticket counter closes after 9:30 pm. One more important thing, the auto guys are going to charge you excessively unreasonable amount specially if they come to sense that you are new to the place, but probably you may not have any choice other than accepting it as this place is little(3-4 km)far off from the important places in MWC like Infosys, Mahindra Research Valley, Canopy etc.
