  To my mind, there are two aspects to any therapy – the knowledge and rigour of the protocol in general and the requirements and need of the specific patient. In Optracare, we are fortunate to have a good combination – a team of highly-motivated care-givers with appropriate training and equipments plus a positive attitude to come up with creative solutions.

  I had a ligament tear (ACL) and went to Optra clinic for surgery and physio. The doctor Revat Laxman did the surgery successfully and started my Physiotherapy with Rubina and Manoj. The surgery went well and the physio was also good. They know how to bring us back to normal state. They provide the right approach for recovery and also motivate us throughout the physio. They are well trained and knowledged. Because of them I was able to get back to sports and continue my normal life. I was a bit lazy and not punctual to physio. But due to their expertise I was able to get back on track. Thanks to Rubina, Manoj and also Dr Revat Laxman.

  My experience with Dr Manoj has been very helpful. I was referred to them for my ACL reconstruction .keen instructions and monitoring during my therapy helped a lot. Its been 10 months and I feel so cured now..

  I shopped around several PT places in Bangalore before choosing Optra Care. S carefully listened to my injury history, examined scans, and asked questions to understand the issue well. He explained fascial manipulation to me (this was my first time trying it) and treated me for several sessions with a combo of fascial release and strengthening. The actual manipulation and healing was painful, but after nearly a decade of trying to treat the same post-trauma injury, I felt more relief than I had in a long time. He even offered to speak to my new therapist once I have one after moving.
  Appointments often started late but overall highly recommended Optra Care for people who feel they've tried everything and they still haven't found relief.

  I was unable to raise my right shoulder (due to muscle tear) and also suffering from OA knee (severe pain in the knees). I was suffering for more than a year. A few doctors suggested surgery for my shoulder. Some suggested Physio and after trying at a few locations approached Optra. Dr Sukrit and his team treated me for both the ailments and with their treatment, I have fully recovered. He has suggested a few simple exercises for strengthening. And now all actions are normal. I would highly recommend visiting him for Physio treatment.

  I came to Dr. Sukrith Debnath of OptraCare after having already had several sessions with another Physiotherapist to help me recover from an injury that was impeding my use of my right arm (I am right-handed and so, that was a huge problem for me). While my previous doctor had treated my symptoms to give me temporary relief, Dr. Debnath easily identified the root cause of the injury and started treating the cause and not just the symptoms. He is able to explain even to lay people exactly how an injury may be manifesting. While my previous doctor had run out of options and given up, Dr. Debnath still had a clear direction and treatment options that built on each other effectively. Dry needling was able to relieve me of pain as none of the prior superficial treatments had. If this is not enough he is very accommodating and able to put patients at ease from the get go. On occasions when I have had to set up appointments with other doctors at the clinic, I have found myself in good hands. The other doctors also follow a similar structured approach and are very easy to work with. In all, I recommend all to not neglect pains and aches that have been troubling them and feel free to come to OptraCare if they are looking for honest and accurate diagnosis, systematic treatment and no unnecessary sessions.

  Had some pretty decent experiences with some physios for my back injury which had happened in the gym. They were session hungry and never completely resolved my issue for over 3 months.
  
  Quite a few good reviews about Optra prompted me to pay a visit and I was not disappointed. The diagnosis was the best part and then I just had to follow what they said. Extremely happy with the results and the timeframe in which it was achieved.

  I went there with stretched ligament on my left knee due to an injury while playing badminton and lingering 5 year old ligament damage (Dr. From hosmat suggested a surgery post MRI) caused due to a bike accident. Both my knees had gone week and i was not in position to even brisk walk proper. It was week. Since i had prebooked my ride to Spiti valley in himalayas, i wanted to meet the experts. Based on the reviews here went to optra care. Dr. Sukrit helped with the diagnosis and Dr. Jyoti went ahead with the treatment. I took a 20 session one and went ahead rigorously. Every session made a lot od difference. You could just feel it. Post 10th session i started jogging and felt much confident. After 17 the session i was jogging proper with no pain or stress on either od the knees. I went to the mountains did my 15 day ride across and did two treks, with absolute ease.
  
  Kudos to Dr. Jyoti (treated me predominantly), Dr. Sukrit and another Doc whom i dont remember the name. You guys bring a very human touch to medicine which inspires your patient.
  
  I cant recommend them enough. And yea, i am gunning 10K and back to high intermediate badminton sessions in the coming days :)

  Visited OptraCare for my mother. She had stiffness around neck and shoulder (frozen shoulder) for the last few months. Within 1st couple of days, we could see the improvement and she is recovering well.
  Thanks to OptraCare and special thanks to Dr Sukrit Debnath for all the help.

  I had to undergo physiotherapy after my surgery for broken leg. Dr.Sukrit is very friendly and answers all our questions very patiently.I experienced a lot of improvement in a short time. Kudos to Dr.Sukrit and Roopa !

  I had visited many physiotherapists being a victim to the drawbacks of Dance and after meeting Dr.Sukrit, we have never looked elsewhere. They know exactly what they are dealing with and give very logical and cautious therapy and care. Highly recommended for All, especially the dance and sports community!

  I was suffering from Hamstring Strain and went through physiotherapy at some other clinic, however no relief i found there. Then I went to Optra care where Rupa Kumari took very good care of me. Understood my problem, spent time in listening what condition i am in and helped me throughout the sessions. I came with too much pain in both of my legs and now I am completely fine. She is excellent in her work and all the credit for my recovery goes to her. Highly recommend :)

  I was suffering from discomfort and pain in the neck/shoulder and lower back for along time., A friend, recommended me to consult Dr sukrit of Optracare.
  He treated me with physiotherapy, Utra-sound & electrical stimulation for a few days and I got enormous relief. He diagonizes the cause of the problem and also locates precisely the regions to be treated. He also suggests suitable exercises to be done at home to supplement the therapy. I have no hesitation in recommending him any one suffering from such ailments.

  I have been a regular at Optra care for various issues pertaining my back and my dislocated finger. It's located in a very convenient place in Koramangala and Doctor Sukrit has a very friendly and optimistic approach. He gives a lot of valuable advice and guidance on improving your lifestyle concentrating on the physical aspects and never suggests any unwanted tests.
  
  I highly recommend the doctor and the place for any physio related issues.

  I have visited Dr. Sukrit of Optra Care for lower backache and RSI pain in the arms. I found him very knowledgeable. He reaches the root of the problem and cures very quickly.
  His follow-up recommendations are very pragmatic, effective and easy to follow. His charges are very-very reasonable. Highly recommended Optra Care.
