  The service and treatment by the doctor's are excellent. However, service by staff to be precise the "receptionist" are unfavourable. They take the patient and their care giver issues casually. My humble request to the Management team to kindly note the problem we face.

  The environment and infrastructure here is almost world class. Issues is the employees here take issues pretty casually. The report dispatch system is extremely poor . They keep checking the old copy(register ) and respond almost negative all the time.
  They don't even known where the report is got stuck .
  
  Since the hospital is not in rush and have a pretty excellent infrastructure then they must work accordingly.
  
  So I must say the management here is a bit poor
  
  * waiting from morning 10am for the report .. And no one actually knows why its getting late .
  Still waiting(3:15 pm)

  So far so good as per my experience. It's a new establishment. Hope they are successful in maintaining their standard and build a reputation. And also hope they bring in more speciality doctors and the existing doctors don't fly away.

  Best health care service in NE INDIA.but OPD patients have to waiting for a doctor 5 to 6 hrs and we have to stay fasting for investigation its long time and patients are difficult and irritated. So please try to manage time table for OPD patients.

  I m a dentist myself so u can believe my ratings to some extent..I m negative about this hospital not after a single experience but after a numerous disappointments otherwise I am a very positive human..
  
  They had a very bad management..in my case every time the opd doctor went for an emergency in between consultancy..whereas in other hospitals emergency doctors are always posted separately from an opd doctor..moreover when I asked them to send me the previous x rays for a second opinion they didn't give and kept on lying ..didn't call back et..not once mind u but again and again

  A must needed hospital in this area of Guwahati which is beside NH-37 adjacent to Koinadhara guest house so this Hospital is going to be a good Medical health provider for the people of Assam as well as Meghalaya only the biggest concern is that there is a lot movement of coal ridden trucks in this NH which sometimes create lots of traffic problem as well pollution of dusky air in this area so a four star

  Good doctors but very non disciplined staff. Most probably new to their job and don't lnow how to handle appointments.. Took us 20 days to reschedule an appointment.

  It is a wonderful hospital with great service in affordable price. Great Architecture, with all State of the Art Infrastructure, huge parking place.
  24*7 Accident and Emergency Ward. Great doctors. Overall it is a Hospital for common people. A great Gift to entire North East of India.

  It doesn't deserve any star (Giving one 🌟 without which posting review is not possible).This has become a totally money making machine. It is probably the worst hospital in the Guwahati . They are just meant to earn money and they don't mind compromising with the health of the patient for that. Staff are so bloody impatient to even listen to the patients. There exists many other big hospitals who at least return good service although
  they are expensive. But city hospital, its management and its doctors are just extremely pathetic. They just loot and they give nothing in return. In fact some of my friends also have similar experience out there. This hospital should never be an option to go whatsoever. Stay away.

  City Hospital staff were rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude.A lack of care and compassion, such as city hospital staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable.
  • city Hospital Staff not keeping patients well informed.
  • Inadequate response to requests or complaints.
  • Long waits before or between appointments, including delays in being moved between different departments.
  These cases also saw patients complaining about problems with the environment in which they were treated, such as poor food or night time noise, poor health outcomes, cleanliness, staffing levels and dignity.
