  You can buy any car... And of course they will promise you the sky...But when it comes to service and spare parts...This swanky establishment becomes a pan ghumti...they will ask for advance to order ordinary spare parts like spark plugs...shock absorbers...brake shoes....which they should ideally have available stock. And some of your car servicing will never be resolved...because they are too lazy to order spare parts. The situation has improved recently but l will not recommended Nissan cars anymore. Asking for advance in sales and service is pathethic.

  Interaction with the personnel was no doubt pleasant....service can be improved a bit...still m satisfied as of now......hope to visit again for bigger surprises

  Service is easy and customer friendly, reasonable and excellent. As this is the only workshop for entire guwahati Nissan and Datsun cars it takes more time than required.

  Buying a new vehicle can be a little nerve racking but Binod Nissan put me at ease from the very start, listened to what I was interested in and went
  about finding the Car of my choice. But more importantly was patience
  as I made decisions about add ons and price. I’m very satisfied with my
  buying experience at Binod Nissan.
