  Very -2 poor service, I am calling on his given no. but its continuously going busy since 2 hours, no-other phone no. is given.
  
  Staff doing personal calls, very-2 irresponsible service by staff.
  
  No A class hospital, still too backward hospital in mathura.
  
  No any online Appointment facility, only one no. is given which goes always busy.

  Dear CEO,
  
  Visited Nayati Hospital yesterday and witnessed great infrastructure and professional approach.
  
  I suggest publicity must be stepped up by making Consultants from Agra visit the hospital at weekends and letting them witness for real the wonderful arrangements in place for patient care which was much needed and long awaited for this part of west UP.

  Worst experience , on 13th August I accompanied my naghibour (he was really serious) . After enquiring on phone and getting assurances that specialist Will be available in emergency we reached there ,patient was admitted in emergency
  After repeated Enquiry about specialist they kept on saying the specialist Will come in half an hour ,likewise they fooled us for 5 hours. At last we left this hospital after paying around 2000 rupees just for paracetamol and iv drip

  Dr asked us to get the tests again which we got done from lal path lab one day before only. Only way to exploit money facilities are good but not services. Expectations were thrashed down
