  Considering privileged trains like Rajdhanis stops here, the condition of NAUGACHIA station is not upto the mark at all. First class waiting rooms(ladies and gents hv separate waiting rooms) are small, cramped, have no air cons, smelly and toilets in waiting rooms are a disgrace (dirty, clogged and full of spider webs). The best usage of this station is just to deboard and get out or arrive just 10 min b4 train departure and get on board. There are very limited passenger facilities on this station and the ones they have are totally out of shape and unusable. No good food stalls or taxi stand either. Roads leading to stations are in extremely bad shape as well. Big black insects kept falling from the roof on passengers.

  Small station but almost every train stoppage is there due to it is in main line so people can get train from here for Assam and delhi easliy but place is not safe in night so be aware about your belongings and you..
