I joined this company with great enthusiasm and high expectations. Within a few days of joining the job, we realized why we joined here. Many types of discrimination are seen here. It does not give importance to those who work well and honestly. Heads of every department operate in a language-wise dominant mindset. For example the QA department. Apart from that no facility is properly and fair to the employees working within the company. Corruption, robbery and fraud are happening in all. I have never seen anywhere like the worst food served in this establishment. Sports, picnic, food, water, transport, house keeping material, machinery are corrupt in everything. HR misapproaches new women joining this company. That's how my friend who came for the interview was asked for adjustment. A lot of bad things like this happen inside.
