  Very terrible experience it was!! Especially the guide and mentioning the Agency "ANJALI TOURS AND TRAVELS"
  Bus named "Bombay Safari"
  I had Mumbai darshan tour experience 8 years ago with my family it was fun and was a great experience.
  So me and my siblings decided to take Mumbai tour as they had never travelled in Mumbai before. I expected same experience this time but it turned out to be worst!!!
  We booked tickets at ANJALI TOURS AND TRAVELS through their agent as he approached us. He told us that the bus will take us to 33 places we agreed and bought tickets for Rs. 400 ( AC bus ).
  We boarded the AC bus and found out that the bus did not have AC but just had ordinary cooler vents at each seats. We realised we wasted money for choosing AC buses.
  The tour began. Our guide introduced himself and started giving information about the some places and streets for some time. Initially he behaved well with us , gave fine information. Then after he was silent for most of the time sitting at his place.
  We reached two important destination of tour i.e Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Museum and Nehru science centre. Both were large places to explore and we need sufficient time but the guide gave just 40 minutes for each place which was clearly insufficient. That's why we weren't able to experience this destination well. We were very disappointed and also this two places had tickets 150rs and 120rs per head approximately.
  They didn't even take us to some of the places which they had mentioned in their destination booklet like Rani Baug , Malabar hills , hanging garden , Tarapore aquarium. Also the places which we were supposed to see from inside the bus , the bus didn't slow down for us to see properly. He even said that if some people aren't able to see then I can't do anything for that?!
  Next we arrived at a place which we didn't visit and chose to stay in the bus. The bus driver rudely said to all passengers that "aapko baahar jana hai ya na jaana AC band rahega" (whether you go out or stay inside the AC will stay off).
  Especially the guide used very impolite language towards the passengers. At some places where there was time limit he said
  " Sabko time par vapas bus mai aana hai agar time par nahi aye to bus aage chali jayegi , fir aapko taxi pakadkar next destination aana hoga." The way he was speaking was very disrespectful and impolite. One passenger just got 2 minute late , he called him and started scolding him in front of all passengers. This was very shocking and unacceptable and complete wrong. You cannot behave such with the passengers.
  We all started losing our mood to travel further. We even thought that it was better to travel by ourselves then taking this tour. The way the guide treated us he was really spoiling the image and reputation of Mumbai and it's residents. Authorities of Mumbai Darshan should take strict action against such guides.
  Overall the tour experience was very bad , it was waste of money and time both. Never ever taking such tour and won't recommend even others too for the same.

  Really good service, bus tour guide -Shankar and other staff were helpful.
  We were able to get darshan of both siddhivinayak and mahalakshmi temple. Tour guide gave details of lots of places, were shown Bollywood actors hones, etc.
  We took AC bus, which was 350 rs and extra charges were optional.
  
  Shivaji museum- 100
  Nehru science City - 70
  2 shows - 90
  Sealink - 10(compulsory)
  Guide charge - 40(compulsory)
  Boat ride - 170

  pathetic👈 i would have given -5 start but its not there. very poor service tourist guide is horrible he did have manner to talk. they are just in hurry of completing the trip thats all. and are so much greedy. "money eaters". do not go for this if don't want to spoil your money and enjoyment.

  Very bad experience they were not covered all places properly.
  1.Waste of money for 5D show (don't waste your money here)
  
  2. Less time given for temples darshan.
  3. Don't give money 540 rs for 5D show,boating,muzium. If you needed then pay.
  Finally it's bad service

  They collect more money for museum entrance ticket and also collect Rs 220 for 5D show. 5D show is totally waste of money and time. They cheating the tourist. List of site seeing places are 36. But they show only few places. Guides speak only Hindi. They don't know English.
