This will be the last time I went to watch a movie in this theatre. The whole mall has gradually shut down except the theatre. No maintenance. Staircase is literally like an open urinal. Not safe anymore to visit with family as the place has become so isolated.

I must say this place used to be a happening mall few years ago.

The tackiest place one can imagine in Delhi. It's like a ruin which once was a mall with famous stores but slowly they all left. No one maintains this building anymore. The escalators not only do not function but aren't even cleaned. Imagine the worst possible crows of teenagers coming for a cheap club experience. Only 1 elevator in the mall works. We braced all of this and went in the movie hall. The seats were half broken, very dirty, super sad crowd- people sitting without following their seat number because it isn't noticeable anywhere. The movie print was so bad, it seemed I was watching a pirated movie. We left the theatre after 1 scene without watching the movie. This place is hazardous and should be shut down.

Never go here worst experience! Actually I want to go wave cinema Raja garden because it is very good but the hall was full so I booked a movietime. The way to go cinema was through mall. But when I entered the mall the mall was in very bad condition, the escalators were not working, the dogs were roaming and people had thrown garbage on escalators, the smell was coming and very bad crowd was their that I can't tell. It was like ruin. And when I was watching a movie the bad bird or insect was flying all around bathroom were not cleaned. Pls don't visit in this cinema and mall. Worst, dirty cinema. Worst! Worst! Worst I think the government and Google should ban and close this cinema and mall. Not safe

Theatre is good but according to security staff there, we should not reach there by a two wheeler. They don't allow people with helmets inside. Neither they have any arrangement to keep the helmets outside the theater. Today we were feeling helpless. Will try not to go for a movie in Movie Time again.

Very bad and unsafe theatre, AC don't work , Popcorn and food are cold and stale. Theatre is dingy. Don't go there even if tickets are free. Not safe for ladies in night.

Pathetic..absolutely disgusted. Poorely maintained mall, elevators and escalators don't work, filth and muck all around and to top it all, it stinks....my first and last visit....majority of shops closed....no descent place to eat.....PATHETIC. Not easy to spot from the main road....no ambiance...poor security....I can go on

A cinema to watch movies at very reasonable price. There are problems like 3d glass they give are very dirty , food products are priced very high etc but still movie tickets are cheap here which makes out for it.

Pathetic pathetic place .... no cleanliness walls of hall covered with dust n dirt ... broken seats .. ok sound ... box office is horrible ... the shows are printd on a piece of paper and is pasted on a glass .eeeww.. escalators are jamed no working elevator ... horrible exprience

A good movie theatre with decent screen size and quality, sound effects are OK. Seats are comfortable with enough space between them. The location isn't good enough and you dont feel the urban charm. Besides the mall in which it is situated is too dirty with clothes, papers lying around. You dont have much choice of food or good snacks when you are inside this mall. If you wish to visit this place solely for the purpose of movie @cheaper price you may consider this place.

Service quality lacks at this multiplex. Seats are also not cosy and snacks provided are not upto the mark. Prices taken should commensurate to the product and quality being delivered. Picture quality is not good.

Very poor picture quality and on the top of this they charge 30 INR per pair of 3D glasses and that is non refundable. No other cinema in whole NCR does that. Bad decision by choosing this cinema. Not recommended.
