  Good location. Surrounding is not much crowded since it is located between KDMC reserved playground at front and Kalu River at back.

  Dear Nayan Shah Sir,
  I am one of the flat buyer from Mayfair Vishwaraja project Titwala East but now we are facing lot off issues on this side the issues are mentioned below.
  1. Very dull cleaning is happening
  2. Water tank for particular wing has not made by your team just giving explanations
  3. Mr. Satish Gawali is the very bad Maners candidate in your Mayfair team he didn't use politeness with customers
  4. Once flat selling done your selling teams behaviour would be change against buyers literally they are using bad languages with customers
  4. Lift and stairecase Backup not available at Night once they leave from office generator will be off
  5. Street light has not working from last few months when we get meeting then install it means they need push process it's not good for your Brand Sir..
  6. Now they are trying to close temporary gate but before that clear path for new entrance but it is not available so why they are behaving like this
  7. Several times KDMC water connection has broken due to laziness it causes to increase water bill
  8. We all living with our families and we have Small child's , Girls , working women who comes late night sometime so if your team didnt install street lights from Auto stop and unfortunately the incidents will happen with anyone from Mayfair Vishwaraja People's who lives in Titwala Project then whole responsibility will goes on Your Brand and services
