Tried masalabox for the first time,let me tell you it's very dicey, inflexible, pathetic service.Tried their mini combo, i booked two meals at a tym(wanted to eat rice combo & bread combo) their inflexible app doesn't allow to choose, you HAVE to eat preference meal (i.e of either rice meals or bread meal)Also, their idea of bread is not phulka/naan/roti/chapati but some wierd cabbage paratha with gravy.phulka is available only alternate day! Basiclly you dont get normal roti/chapati sabji but some weird combos as bread combo! Very dissatisfied!
We tried about 10 samples from here. Lunch arrives almost on time but dinner is always about half an hour late. Food is average. North Indian meals don't really come from North Indian households because the taste isn't from up North. Didn't try the South Indian meals. Maybe those are better. The carb plan is average, too. Too much onion in the salad a few times. Wouldn't get a big plan from here. Try Maa ka Dulaar instead.
Terrible Customer Service
They ignore calls, chats and whatsapp after confirming order of Onam Sadya.. High misuse of digital marketing and never ever thought a Onam will turn out to be like this without food or no refund no sorry from customer service team
Now 5:00pm lunch was supposed to deliver at 1:00pm Why do u do such Marketing

Very unprofessional behavior from masala box. My wife and me Ordered onam sadhya and payasam worth more than 1000 for today I.e 31st. It's 5.00 pm and still tey havnt delivered it. They are not picking any of the calls. Worst customer service, don even have the courtesy to call and inform us wat the issue is. We can understand any delays or issues due to pandemic, but they didn even bothered to intimate us on wat happend and
they ruined a festival for us.
