SIMSR facilitates Executive and Management Development Program by offering a range of Open Calendar Training/Customized/Certification Program. The department also provides consultancy services to corporates. The training programs are designed to provide holistic exposure to the latest in management domains of finance, marketing, human resources, operations and general management depending on the training need assessment and learning interventions required across different functional areas. Emphasis is laid on learning that would enhance the competencies of the participants and enable them to adapt and evolve their skillset to meet the challenges of newer business realities and complex dynamics of business decision making. These programs are delivered by SIMSR faculty who have rich experience in industry & academia across functional and cross functional areas in India andabroad. Industry specialists are also invited to address the participants as required.The Open Training Programs (OTP) offered by the MDP department span an interesting and relevant bouquet of programs ranging from Digital marketing , advanced supply chain management, project finance to diversity and inclusion in work place.
