  MCB building of Cotton University is cleaner inside as well as surrounding than the BKB building of the Cotton University.
  My concern is an another issue related to Cotton University and I am very much disappointed with this. Today I went to Cotton University to appear one Govt. Exam. While reaching the prestigious "Cotton College", I felt emotional as always.
  Then the awkward moment happened to me. The candidates who had arrived there to appear the exam, gathered on left side of the front gate waiting to keep their bags and belongings on a temporary counter in EXCHANGE of MONEY. For every bag , one candidate had to PAY ₹20. I have denied to do so. Two security guards who were present on the front Gate of Cotton College have verbally forced me not to take my bag (in which I have brought my phone, money, admit card, water bottle, keys, pens, handkerchief, voter ID, sanitizer bottle ) inside the boundary of the institution and to keep the bag on that counter in exchange of money. According to my view, as I take the admit card, voter card, pens, sanitizer with me to the exam room, so there should be a place inside the BOUNDARY OF THE INSTITUTION where we can keep safely our bags with the belongings without any exchange of money. Since the candidates come from various places to appear these exams with lots of expenses as well as examination stress, traveling stress, and many more stress with or without guardian with them, they must not suffer such type of situation.
  The very same examination has been organized in another examination centre named "Assam Engineering Institute Chandmari" and in Assam Engineering Institute also, a team of people present to collect the bags and belongings of the candidates who had reached there to appear the exam WITHOUT ANY EXCHANGE OF MONEY. As another examination centres don't take any money for keeping safely the bags of the candidates for the duration of the exam time, then Cotton University also should not take the money from the students in EXCHANGE Of KEEPING the bags safely.
