  I have posted my requirement for shifting our household items within Bachupally from our 2 BHK Apartment to Duplex house. One of the first to respond was Leo Safe Packers and Movers. I am going to share my experience with you all, without concluding whether they are good or bad. Off course i will rate the service based on my experience
  The manager followed up prior to movement, he came 2 days before and we agreed on certain price, with a condition that if we leave back some of the packed cartoons they will charge 60 Rs per Cartoon as security deposit, that would be returned in full once we handover empty cartoons, he took some advance since he was concerned that we will engage others based on price negotiation (though i was not will to do it as we were exhausted 4 months of extensive house construction related monitoring i was tired and we were kind of in hurry for moving).
  
  On the day of movement the guys turned up 2 hrs. late then promised time. This was not a major issue to us! To my surprise they bought small vehicle Ashok Leyland (kind of big jeep) instead of DCM truck. Secondly during booking of service I was promised that there will be one Sr. Manager who will monitor the shifting process, that person left after 1hour saying he has to monitor some painting work that is happening in nearby area. After midway packing they demanded T with my wife, we told them we are in process of shifting nothing can be served at that movement.
  
  Issues or Problems: Since we were promised that there will be senior person who will supervise shifting, we did not take help from our relatives. 1) They intentionally left behind some of the heavy movables, which we did not realize until couple of hours after they left. Had if the supervisor stayed back as promised this miss would not have happen. We can always argue whose oversight was this, but my argument is supervisor was responsible 2) we used 20 cartoons and requested them to collect at later stage, but by mistake we gave 1300 as security deposit (1300 was for 22 cartoons). This created problem when the guys came back after few days to collect the cartoons back as originally there were only 20 of them which were left behind 3) When they were moving one of the Iron safe they scratched the newly painted wall at destination 4) When the guys came back to pick up the emptied cartoons this too after repeated follow-ups, instead of returning back 1300 they gave just 1000 and said remaining amount (200 for transport and 100 since as per them we misplaced two cartoons). It was not mentioned by them earlier that they will be taking amount for transport out of security deposit before
  I know there was some overlook and we should have been more careful in negotiating terms, but they clearly took advantage of the situation, I will not call them cheaters, but they clearly were not honest. So in case you are engaging them, be very clear with terms and conditions. One person (your relatives or friends) for each of the location (to and from) should be there to monitor what they are doing.
  
  One thing is clearly I will not recommend them in future to any of my friends nor I will engage them.
  
  Inspite of this i have given them some goodies in terms of used mobiel phone and headset to one of the worker, but after full experience with em i felt they do not deserv that.

  i used a service from packers really i happy after relocating my house... i recommened to all my friends when you people are relocate your house then used a leo packers service.Very good service. Kindly go for it without any doubtGood service I am totally satisfied with
