The worst service ever.it has to be -5. I went there 4 times, and the attitude of the staff is as if they don't care, on the first visit AC doesn't work, i saw people waving the broachers and when i complained they said with a smiling face that AC IS WORKING, when people are struggling and the problem didn't change even on the fourth visit. The attitude of staff (I don't want to name) is as if we are at their mercy. They have a weird policy where they cant take 2 modes of payment, i mean which shop does that, god knows who such dumb finance people who are sitting there. I mean every shop the concept is to sell things and get money, i was forced to make payment by card, the manager over there have the worst attitude, he was biting his teeth when i was complaining. The only reason this shop is surviving is because there is no other optical shop nearby. God help one day some other shop coms that's it, i will never visit them again. The worst service ever, i guess they have become too comfortable thinking that only lenkart is there. Such stores are the worst that a company can have

Absolutely delightful experience. Wide range of options. So much so that I ended up picking five frames. Praveen has been very insightful in helping me make right selections. Overall 5/5 experience.

They have a new sales person who is clueless about anything. There was an experienced guy who was EXTREMELY rude. I decided not to buy anything from that outlet and bought from a local shop with superb customer service and cheaper too. Check out AMITA OPTICALS nearby.

Horrible experience for the very first time. I have been a Gold Member since last 6 years, however, I placed a request for change of lens to the frame as the visibility had diminished. Frame & lens was earlier bought in lenskart itself.
I personally had to follow up everytime with the store and the product was delivered but with scratch on lens. Again they took another 1 week to get it repaired. Most annoying thing was the behavior of the staff. They were absolutely clueless of what was happening in the store.
They are only interested in selling Gold Membership and urging customers to buy minimum 2 spectacles by looting customers in the name of so called offers.report this review -

Had to go at this place to get my newly bought but bit delicate frames repaired. Staff took utmost care to carefully repair it and ensure it does not break. Super helpful staff and behaviour towards concerns.

Staff sucks big time.. no enthu .. dull faces and poor response.. not helping staff.. staffs are important in such business as they have to explain about the frames and create comfort in choosing the spects n also frame options are very less..
Spent 40 mins for eye checks and all and when deciding to buy with the poor response from the staff left the place..report this review -

Lenskart is a thug organisation. I had a problem with my frame. Bought a new frame from a store of theirs , which didn't have a facility to fix my old lenses to the new frame. So was guided to this store.
They first told that the lens might break while opening. On questioned that the old one, which I wanted the frame changed, was also from them..the answer was that they must have used some glue at the time of my first order. I have never serviced this specs anywhere at all.
And they do all these work somewhere inside, hidden from your eyes. They actually gave me broken lenses. I feel they purposely broke it. Or they are purposely using glue, so that you are deprived of changing only the frame. The lenses are pretty costly and they are profiting from that.report this review -

I went there to buy a new frame for my broken specs. They have good offers every time. You cam view designs of frames online and then go to any of there outlets to order the same. If you need to get your lenses customized as per your frame, this store has the lab where nearby stores contact for lens customization. This means you can have lab work done here pretty quickly. But the lab person here is available only till 6 pm.
