  Medical & diagnostic centre. Walking distance from Serampore railway station and belting bazar. All test cost is normal from other test centre. Staff are not helpful. This is covid vaccination center also (Paid Service).

  Very bad behaviour particularly reception counnter staff ,you will have to wait almost three hours to complete a simple USG test. Spaces for each LAB are very narrow you can't even stay with your patient.

  Very bad experience. Went for Usg, scheduled appointment was at 10 am. The doc came at 11.45 am. A long queue had gathered by then. Social distancing went haywire. Not at all suggested.

  Very slow processes. Timeing 11.00 a.m doctor come 11.45 a.m and right now 12.48 p.m no 1 person not come in the doctor room. So please slove this matter.

  Worst expeirence
  They are fraud according to me
  Did a biospy test requires 1 month!!! Seriously!!
  They are playing with patients life
  They keep procastinating the date of giving reports
  They are totally scammers
  My advise is never visit there
  And they are not even picking up my phone calls 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  Inside of this center is very clean and good. and doctors who come here to treat also are very good.but the people of the reception is not well trained , and their behaviour is not as good as expected.

  Very bad behavior with patients party, I have settings at reception to collect the MRI report still 30 minutes but so much misbehaving by Rims bhakta . very bad connection

  They provide you good medical facilities but you need to have a good bank balance for meeting the financial demands
