  After the bus broke down on our way from Bangalore to Chennai, the driver wasn't frank about how long it would take to fix the engine problem, or if it can be fixed in first place. We ended up waiting for 4.5 hours and finally arranged for another private bus ourselves.
  In addition, buses are poorly maintained, no space for luggage. Instead all space for luggage area is being used for transporting commercial goods.

  Less said the better. Sad such excellent bus service company to have a nasty boarding point. Unclean, Smelly and Staff more focussed in Parcel service than bus passengers. 😥

  One of the very few reliable bus services in India covering the southern part for so many years. One cannot relate punctuality to private bus operators especially in a city like Bangalore. To sustain for so long without any major hiccups, this bus service should be appreciated. So far I had no bad experience with this travels.
