There is no value of time. Here the manager is not professional, instead of seriviceing 30 vehicles per day ,he gives appointment to 40 to 45 vehicles per day. There are more vehicles than mechanics. If this continues the name of TVS will go down. Royal Enfield and Bajaj service centres are very good .

Even after being a customer for 6 years I am not satisfied with the service provided.There is an urgent need to be more sensitive to customer priorities and being more professionally polite,otherwise the trust factor and brand name suffers in a competitive market where other options are easily available.
