  The realtors and builders of Noida/Ghazibad regions are not matured enough. They just build socities but the quality and maintenance is very poor.

  Society maintenance charges is too high without any facilities. No swimming pool , no park, no gym, np society club.. even FMG services are the worst. No cleaning on the floor. Society is not worth paying high rent and not worthy of purchasing flat in the society's,
