  The most horrible experience that I had with traveller booking. Right from start, the owner forgot our booking time and so the traveller arrived 2 hours late. We went to Lonavala and the driver directly said that he would go to tiger point only once so ask everyone to come together. It seemed as if he has hired us, not that we have hired him. The next day, when we had to return, the driver started misbehaving and was very rude even to the females. On complaining, the owner was rude too. He threatned us to pay the amount else he would ask the driver to stop in middle of no where. Also, we booked a AC traveller but because the driver forgot to fuel it up, we had to sit 3 hours without AC. After completion of our ride, the driver demanded rest of money and we told him that we'll talk to owner, so he started threatening and misbehaving and even stepped inside the auto with one of my female friend to demand money. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wish I would have read these reviews before booking.
  
  Also, they demanded us with the toll money whereas we all know that traveller price includes toll and diesal charges.

  Worst traveller, worst service, goon kind of experience.
  Never ever go anywhere with this traveller.
  Read carefully and requesting all those who are willing to go by this traveller that be alert before booking.
  
  This traveller and his driver is just goons.
  1. We were 11 ladies booked his tempo traveller and asked to come at 7 am on sat morning and communication regarding this was already done with owner on friday. Though,His driver came at 9:30 in the morning. Driver's mobile was switched off in this whole period. Called owner to solve issue, his answer was so unprofessional. Owner said he forgot to tell driver. Still we have not said any word to owner or driver for being late for inappropriate reason. We were very friendly to driver.
  2. On First day,around 4 pm we have asked driver to take us at Tungarli Dam which was hardly 15 mins away from our villa. Driver was so reluctant and adamant to take us to the destination because of narrow road. We have seen 3-4 tempo travellers going inside , 2 City Flo buses and even 2-3 members from our group was actually at place and were continuously giving updates about the vehicles, Hence we were asking driver to take inside but he refused it at all.
  3. On second day, few of our members was planning to go tiger point. That time also driver shows us tantrums that 'abhi jitne log hain unko leke jaunga phir wapas mat bolna baki logon ko leke jaane ko'
  4. On Sunday morning driver was just relaxing till noon and not at all aware of how much diesel available in fuel tank. When we left at 3:30 pm , we got stuck for 2 hrs in traffic jam in Lonavala itself,in that period driver refusing to start AC by giving reason that Gadi me diesel nahi hain AC chalu karne ke baad agar diesel khatam hua toh aap logon ko dhakka lagana padega.
  Who can tolerate such an idiotic and unprofessional behaviour? We already have given 4000/- adv to owner and it was owner's duty to fill the tank in our advance money so that customer should not get suffer because of this.
  We raised complaint to owner again but he was least bothered about it.
  When we said that we will not give then money coz we have not get AC service though we have booked an AC tempo. Jis answer to that was.. ek kaam karlo aap gadi diesel bharalo aur baad me 2 ghanta gadi me baithkar AC enjoy karna Such a foolish reply by owner himself.
  5. When our journey finished and we were going back to our home one of our lady friend was getting auto to go her home, driver hopped into her auto and started asking for money, though one of our male friend have asked him to stand outside for 5 mins and he was coming to talk with him and owner. This was very traumatized experienced to that lady coz she was totally unaware of it.
  After this incident when our male friend came out and started scolding to driver for his Gunda behaviour he started refusing to that he didn't do anything.
  When we involve owner in this matter he was one step ahead to that driver and started fighting with us and threatened by saying that tumko pata nahi hain main kaun hain mera kya contacts Hain and all.
  After this huge fight we still paid him full money with 908/- extra charge of toll.
  
  Worst travel experience in my life.

  Very poor service. We asked for 17 seater they sent 14 seater without informing and sent the vehicle 2 hours late. Driver not co-operatives. Was very negative on every query or request. In summer time even after several request always use to switch off the vehicle/ AC and gave excuse of no hand break in vehicle due to which my 5 months baby suffered a lot.
  We went to enjoy but we’re busy in guiding driver with google map. Driver was becoming too friendly and was making my family space uncomfortable. Many things to write but have no much time to write. Very unprofessional.

  The worst experience very bad service AC is not working driver is with rude attitude he don't know most of famous locations I was booked 17 seater but they send 14 seater I recommend please don't go with this organization if you don't want to spoile you trip.

  Worst service.
  Ac tempo traveler was dripping water inside ons seats.
  No cooling effects.
  Car wipers doesn't work.
  Traveller stopped in middle of traffic on highway with due to ac usage. Didn't service the vehicle before sending it .
