The overall experience with respect to both medical treatment and behavior of personnel has been excellent. The doctors are very friendly and highly experienced. The doctors were compassionate and cooperative to the needs of the patient. Nurses were attentive and friendly .The house keeping was done regularly and properly.

Excellent facilities for medical treatment in the poshest location in town. All facilities under one roof but at a price. Excellent staff. Effecient nurses. Very helpful and courteous. The set up and the ambience of the entire hospital is very good. The traffic outside could be chaotic at times and one need to make allowances for that. Overall a very calming experience. Unlike normal hospitals. It is privately managed.

Excellent hospital all the staff members are very polite and is very neatly maintained. No delay in anything.All the staff are very cooperative and if any problem raised they solve it immediately.Food is very hygienic and served on time. The best thing I liked here is all the staff greets with a smile. Parking is also available in this hospital. For Sleeping arrangements is also provided for attendant. Canteen is also well maintained. Doctor explanation regarding any issues is excellent.

The staff and Doctors at Jaslok are genuinely interested in your being well right from the word go. They are very polite, helpful and prompt ... basically nothing is left to chance... the meals are very well balanced and the care given.... excellent!... frankly I am impressed at the level of commitment and service of the staff and the efficiency and humility of the Doctors... keep it up!!

My mother was recently treated at Jaslok hospital for a critical ailment that kept her in the ICU for over 30 days.

Our family has experienced many hospitals in connection with various critical ailments related to close family. We cannot think of any that we would place in a similar caliber of expertise, attention, care, depth of analysis, time taken with the patient and family, and commitment to the patient's recovery and well being. From the senior-most doctors to duty doctors through to the staff, the focus is singular: the patients critical care and recovery. What perhaps is equally exceptional is how the family is kept well informed and involved and even leveraged to the benefit of the patient where they can have role.

Like any organization, there are areas where improvements are possible, but none we find important enough to mention considering their relative importance. Also, if you are considering Jaslok, one should not expect shiny glass structures and fancy layout. However, if critical care, in-depth expertise, and concern for patient are the primary focus, we are not aware of a better place to be at.

We have chosen not to mention doctors by name in this review; and their reputations already far exceed what this review may add. However, to tailor the review to our direct experience, we interacted with departments of neurology, general medicine, cardiology, critical care, physiotherapy, and the hospital management team.

PS: In our particular case, the patient was moved via air ambulance (Air Rescue) from a different city. This was managed seamlessly and with continuous hands-on vigilance throughout the process.

I was admitted for pain management treatment ,which is very convenient and one day procedure treatment. I was given proper counselling before the procedure and made feel comfortable about the same . My all queries were answered by pain management consultant and sister. I got a great relief from back pain which was an obstacle for my routine life. A big thank you for all Jaslok staff who has helped me to recover from pain and made me smile again . I am extremely happy with the care and personal touch. I highly recommend Jaslok hospital. Keep it up good work Jaslok team!

Excellent treatment and good care. Excellent environment kept safe and clean all times. Doctors and nurses are cooperative and respond to most requirements promptly. The staff is just here too fool us no
co-ordination between the staffs. they left patients to die because they make the operation cancelled. Never ever recommend to anyone. slow and poor service. hopeless time takes in the billing department.Worst hospital ever experienced JASLOK H.R.C.

One of the best multi-speciality hospital in south mumbai mainly in terms of availability of senior doctors and technicians. Costs as usually are higher but still lower than similar class of hospitals.

They kept us there for 6 days and performed 1 test per day which can be done in one day...attending staff forget to give u medicine on time. Ward boy make the patient wait for 30 minutes to bring the wheel chair. They are simple bloody money making place and no compassion for patients and family.

I am USA citizen. My son diagnosed with chrons dieseas, he was not able to eat any solid food. It give him stomach cramp. We did colonoscopy and GI recommend him to start treatment with Humara. Same time I send his report to Dr.Shared C.Shah , Mumbai. He said we can treat him with conventianal medicine, Humara is last options. I immediately book ticket for Mumbai, India and get my son admited in Jaslok Hospital. Immidiately treatment started and in 2 days he start eating all kind of food, without any pain. Doctor keep him 7 DAYS in hospital to see any reaction to medicines. Tomorrow we are leaving hospital and going home . Just he has to follow up on medication.

I recommend any one who diagnose with Chrons and doctor prescribes HUMARA. Please take 2nd opinion at Jaslok Hospital. Dr. Shard Shah , Dr.Prasanna Shah & Hospital team will give best treatment.

Slow processing, expensive treatment with poor infrastructure and bad service. Rooms need renovation, no water coolers for attendees in the corridor. Awfully smelling water jugs. They charge for a five star hospital but offer services of a two star.

Had a pleasant and comfortable experience recently when I underwent a Coronary Angiography testing. Excellent and competent personnel with a professional approach. The nursing care was amazing. Personally saw a young nurse (Ms. Priya Joseph) attending to a very sick, elderly gentleman (who shared my room) right through the night with a lot of patience, empathy and dedication.
