At Idam, we look at design wholistically. Not just solving design problems but constructively questioning to redefine or design the problem itself.

To see Design wholistically requires a multi-disciplinary experience, an eye to perceive patterns – underline patterns across domains and cultures. Our active multi-disciplinary experience is our strength and informs our vision, gives us the ability to think anew, fresh , out-of-the-box, every time.

There is place for domain knowledge and trend following. But these are not the first steps in our design endeavors. We begin first to grasp and shape the problem definition. Domain expertise or experts from the domain help to inform this process.
