The ISO 9001:2008 certified IPA ZIVA is affiliated to Play Abacus Malaysia and the Guang Xi Abacus Association, China. Started in 2003 by two women entrepreneurs, the company has set up over 1000 centres all over India with more than 2000 trained teachers and has over 100,000 students.

Managing Director Mrs. Shaarada K.Sriram is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. Academically, she stood All India 10th in Chartered Accountancy, gold medalist in ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India) and gold medalist in her bachelors degree B.Com. She was also State 2nd in the 12th Standard School Leaving Exam and the Best Outgoing Student of Stella Maris College. She represented India for Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony in New Zealand.

Director – Training, Mrs. Chitraa Ravindran has undergone the training and passed Advance courses on Abacus & Mental Arithmetic and has been awarded the Premier Achievement Training Certificate. She has trained more than 1,00,000 students both in Regular and Elementary category and has trained 40 Moderators. Under these Moderators 2000 teachers have been trained.

Shaarada and Chitraa have built IPA ZIVA from scratch and currently have established over 1000+ Franchise centres , 1200 Course Instructors (teachers) and over 1,00,000+ Students.
