This is not somethimg i write on forecefully i took my car two weeks back but still i recieve a great feedback from Mr Nandakumar im writing this just for that one man who made our life so easy🙂 He is such a gentle man with a empathy towards customer query it can be anything anytime so lucky to have him as a sales person for my purchase and one last is HMP is providing a womderful customer experience 😊😊

It was an awesome experience. Got our dream car Hyundai Creta from HMP today. Their service was excellent & all the employees there treated us in a nice manner.. i am giving this 5 stars, especially for the on-date delivery without any delay. Luckily got my car within 2 weeks of my booking. with the help of representative Mr.Esakkimuthu. Thank you HMP.

I bought ellite 120 here.this is a direct store for Hyundai. They have explained the features and producers clearly. They delivered the vehicle in one week.
I have explained my old car here and I got better price when I compare with other showroom. They have given exchange bonus and car basic kit for free. They have delivery surprise too. Good experience

Excellent customer service. I bought my New yen Verna on 15/3/18. I am happy that I made a right choice. Each and everything was well explained. They are well aware of their role . They were well prepared and all documents was on table ready before I reach the showroom to take make my New car delivery .

New car TN09CK5335 was given for First FREE service and had returned with improper washing and too many white patches in the interior. Was actually happy when the service centre was very swift and delivered the car home. Only later we knew the reason for the "Quick" delivery. HMP was too hasty even during the new car delivery that they dint even screw the number plate fully and forgot washer for the screws. You guys definitely need to improve your service quality. Moving from VW to Hyundai ,the first service itself wasn't pleasant. Review Update on 19th October. Drove the car today to have the floor mat interchanged and placed by the HMP "Professionals". There is a HUGE SLIT for the Dead pedal on the drivers side and I wonder how on earth a service centre employee will not even know which side is what. THIS IS DEFINITELY A BOGUS FREE SERVICE

Worst service centre ever. Pick some other place for your service. They waste too much of your time and make you wait pointlessly. They change parts without even referring to you and charge you unnecessarily for service and even bill wrong amounts and scam you until you notice and catch them in the act. Don't get fooled and don't waste your money.
