  Poor service and very poor staff. They dont have any manners and they dont know how to speak with there clients. we have booked room for 2 days but very next day we have been told that you need to checkout as they have booked another booking online for same room. This is really unprofessional , Dont ever think to book this hotel.. there is lot of good hotels nearby this hotel.

  Positive: 1.At the door steps of Golden temple.
  2. Room service is good.
  
  Negitive: 1.Rooms are not spacious.
  2. Have difficulty in locating.
  3. Ola only operates, but doesn't drop you at hotel. Need to take e rickshaw.

  Nearby Harminder Sahib, Amritsar at walking distance. Good place to stay if you are to visit Golden Temple. Food is bit pricy but good. Rooms are clean!

  Clean rooms & washrooms.. Effective Air conditioning, polite staff, decent food quality. Very near to the Golden Temple(backside) & Jallianwala Bagh, just a few minutes walk..

  Its a gud and economic hotel to stay in... The hotel is so close to the temple that itmfeels like you are living inside the temple. I had visited with a group comprising family and friends campus... Me and my wife just walked down post midnight to have a stroll in the temple.. Its that close..
  Food is good.... Rooms are clean... Staff are cordial...
  Its just that rooms dont have a view..

  The Super Deluxe rooms have window opening in front of NRI niwas and has lights peeping in even with curtains closed. Didn't get a sound sleep.
  
  Only saving grace is that Staff is courteous and hotel is at walking distance to entry of Golden Temple from Shri Akaal Takhat Saheb sidewalk.

  The Best Place to Stay in Amritsar if you want to visit Golden Temple. Its nearly less than 100m or 1 min walking from the Golden Temple Gate.

  The Best hotel service! You feel completely comfortble there. I was there in january 2016 and again in January 2017. And I would like to be there in 2018 also. A great experience side by side with the Golden Temple =)
