  The Hotel is a Gem within the capital of UP. I had booked online two months ago hassle-free. Although a bit apprehensive about services. I was in for a great surprise upon arrival. Some of the salient features are as follows.
  1. The surroundings of the hotel is typically busy Lucknow style but once inside you can feel the difference and are completely isolated and safe from chaotic outside.
  2. The reception starting from security guard to front desk to chefs and roomboys are noteworthy.
  3. The role of the staff especially the reception is praiseworthy in dealing with various aspects of costumer satisfaction.
  4. The rooms were done up wonderfully upon arrival and all were professionally managed. I have been to various places and hotels but these services of Nexus needs special appreciation. All items, furniture, crockery, beds, bathroom and general cleaning was perfect in all aspects. Complacency was nowhere to be seen.
  5. The kichen of Nexus needs special mention. They are prompt, professional, and discreet with perfect skills to manage your culinary request. Kudos to the men at work from 0800 to 2300 hrs relantanously. All the items ordered were having a great taste and professional touch. Prices are slightly on the higher side but good quality needs sufficient remuneration. Keep it up.
  6. The general cleaniness of Nexus is top notch. You will never notice any thing amiss in the surroundings. All are placed were it should have been.
  7. The Nexus has good lift, nicely lit up alleyways, fire sensors (in every room) and speaker system on the floor corridors.
  8. My experience with staying here for four complete days seems to be out of world experience for me.
  9. Although I preferred quoting names of individual staffs for there dedication in keeping up the hotel's reputation, I refrained owing to privacy. But anyway the reception, kitchen and the management needs special appreciation in all respects.

  I was invited in a friend's party at Hotel Nexus And stayed a couple of days in his superior room .
  I couldn't believe such a great room in this naka charbagh area. It was specious and equipped with Free Superfast Wifi and delicious food they serve.
  Thanks to chef and staff .
  I will definitely visit again whenever I come to Lucknow.

  As a family, we found Hotel Nexus to be a fantastic choice because my kids and my wife wanted to saty togather. Somebody suggest us to visit Hotel Nexus near naka hindola charbagh lucknow as They have already have the option for Family Room Where We Get 2 Double Beds In A specious Room With Economical Charges. This made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Our kids had a great time, and we felt well taken care of. definately we will suggest it.

  I was looking for budget friendly, neat & clean, safe, easy-to-reach stay in Lucknow for my elder family members.
  After spending couple of hours online, found this matching with my requirements.
  
  Truely unbelievable all positive reviews mentioned here are true.
  
  Miss Anushriti Ji & Mr. Pandey Ji was coordinating very well throughout the stay, both was very cooperative and polite.
  
  Food taste was also praised members.
  
  Mr. Ram Chandra from maintenance/support team is also very good person.

  Room was super clean, everything was in proper way as it is supposed too.
  Lacation is fair.
  Entrance a bit small but when you will enter you will be amazed to see the beauty and hospitality of reception and every person there.
  Without any hesitation, you can book.
