    Stayed for 5 days. Clean and tidy rooms with good quality of equipment provided for a reasonable price. The staff is extremely committed and particular about their service. Would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel if you are planning to stay in Vadodara. Its the best hotel with best rooms and great service..!! :)

    The hotel is good. Way better than the one I visited the last time I was in Vadodara. The food is cheap + tasty. So that's a winner. The hotel is clean and gave all the facilities as mentioned. Only con is that it doesn't have view. Very near to station. Some staff do not understand English but that's OK. Overall no problem with this hotel will return again if back to the city.

    Booked through ClearTrip. More than blaming the hotel authorities, I blame the Hotel aggregators who do not verify the facilities. Can you imagine there is no stair case. You need to reach 3rd floor only by a lift. When asked the guy at the reception says they use an adjoining stair case which belongs to another hotel and which can be accessed through the back side. There is absolutely zero ventilation. In case of fire, you are guaranteed to get roasted because who will guide you through the stair case receptionist is referring to.

    No parking and clearly this is a makeshift arrangement in a shopping centre. You will die trying to find this place though it is nearby a main road.

    Surprisingly, when I told this to Cleartrip, they are refusing to believe.

    Never go to this hotel . I have confirmed booking of 3 rooms and was carrying documents for the same after that also they denied for booking. For same room they asked me to pay more . When I fight with them after 1 hour they give me Rooms. No wifi there. TV cable service is bad. Water is also not provided in room. Cleaning 8s not good. And passage of rooms are from kitchen which is very bad and smelly. I am frequent traveller and will not recommend this to any one. Management is worst.

    Building looks pathetic but there is lift facility available to the hotel. Hotel is very well furnished. Rooms are spacious. Bedding was clean and new. We didn't have any food there so can't comment about that. Don't judge this hotel by exterior looks

    Soothing place ! The rooms are well maintained with good support staff. Provided with all modern amenities and also placed in the location from where almost every spot to visit in Vadodara is in a 5km radius. Loved it ! Would surely recommend !

    I am currently at your hotel Amber, in Vadodara and had booked my rooms thorough OYO. It was a last minute booking as we were driving from Gir to Mumbai and needed to halt.
    You have beautifully made the rooms with modern amenities however you staff still carry the age old " small town lodge" mentality.
    Firstly the uncaring attitude of your staff on the phone when we told him we are lost and can't find the hotel entrance as per map. He simply said ask someone instead of giving directions.
    Same attitude continued when we reached the reception.
    As per booking we were to get complementary breakfast, so when enquired I was told that I will get only 1 paratha per person. Surprised, I went to the reception to enquire he repeated the same saying its the deal with OYO and I should complain with OYO about getting only 1 paratha.
    If your deals are so miserly made with OYO why you making customers suffer. Why should I contact OYO for your poor service. Please invest on your staffs attitude it displays your organizations culture.

    Very near to railway station. Good ambience in rooms in tarrif charged.
    Bad elevator, most of the times not working. You have to cross through the kitchen when going from one floor to other.
