  Portea is a good healthcare company who provides the facilities of home care services like nurses,physiotherapist, doctors and medical equipments with nominal prices at home and many patients getting facilities all over India,so at the end great company for critical patients.

  The staff is really helpful. We had an emergency in middle of the night and needed an O2 machine. Nothing was available anywhere as the markets were closed. Mr sanjay and his staff went out of their way and opened their warehouse specially for us. I'm really thankful to all of them for helping us out.

  I had taken an oxygen concentrator from then they were very professional in installation and teaching us how to use the equipment also a Bipap for sometime. Their equipment was fairly new didn't have any issues with it. In addition to that have also used their nursing service . The nurses are well qualified and take personal interest in care of the patient. Only problem sometimes there is a change in staff , but the replacement too is quite good, they need to build rapport again would have loved continuity of same person but she was going on leave . But they were quite good about it and gave me 2_3 staff in rotation but the service was managed by them well. For us the care was very good and my aunt recovered .
