They take the money and after that they will say it is not possible due to wiring etc. And will not revert back . Don't even confirms about refund. Not received any confirmation of refund but taken other vendor as they are so pathetic.

Think twice before taking gtpl service....instead gtpl ...use jio fiber....i would say...far far far better than this useless company...

I have never experienced such worst service from any company in my life so far other than GTPL optical fiber internet. It has been many days to me having paid the advance payment, yet they have not installed the router. I would suggest to get connection from any other broadband service company.

They don’t have accountability. Third class,worst ever service. Zero customer satisfaction. They disconnect call and don’t listen up user. They utter only mugged answer(gokhelo answer). Don’t buy this connection. Let’s come together as people
