  Hi everyone is your family and looking for good accommodation in a peaceful place you may find Greenwood Residency as your Fine home always there will be either a room is 32 rent or 3 to purchase in hope this Greenwood Residency is built in military area so everything goes fine and come if you would like to live in a peaceful place It will be the best it also have the gym and swimming pool it is like a place with very peaceful area but if you are a bachelor I am looking to be take a room for rent it is it is not right option because it is 13 kilometre away to the Secunderabad which is the centre of city and also you may not find the colleges and the buses are also every half an hour so that they may not give you a room for rent if you are a bachelor no I am working in Vijaya Bank my application also rejected as I am a bachelor hope to be at this Residency in the future thank you don't forget to share your views if you are leaving here how you are feeling and how you are enjoying

  A good place to reside ,well organised gated community with swimming pool, recreational rooms and gym. Defence personnel take rent for being near to their workplace EME , AOC and AFS Hakimpet

  It is very calm and peaceful locality and also in budget. If you really love to live in close to nature then this place is perfect. Although nearby market is approx 1 km but for emergency need there is a small shop in complex that is having sufficient daily needs.
  I personally love this place.

  This place is peaceful and safe.. When it comes to staying here everything is a problem. It has a swimming pool which I have never been able to use. The property looks good but the construction is cheap and electrical is hopeless. Had to spend almost another 6k to make them work according to my convenience. Have some issue or the other every month. Inspite of keeping all the doors and windows open all the time.. Mould keeps coming onto the walls.. therefore more insects for them. The doors don't close properly.. is a struggle around monsoon times. Supposed to have intercom but doesn't work. I can simply go on n on complaining.

  Quiet and peaceful place to live. The society comprises more people of defense personnel as its close to their base. All the modern amenities are available : 24 hrs water supply, power backup, lifts, gym, club house, swimming pool, tennis court, Basketball court, badminton court. Only con is that it's on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

  Love the landscaping and greenery at this place ....best for the people who prefer calm n peace full stay ...it has got amenities like swimming poo,gym,kids play areas,snookers,table tennis and many more for comfortable stay. I stay here and im loving it and would definitely recommend

  Residence is fully greenery , it has all amenities like swimming pool, library, Gym & play ground for kids but u don't find any stores beside residence & in night it will be totally dark.

  Its an amazing place to stay. I rented a house their and the amenities and views are amazing. Swimming pool isn't working and library needs some upgrade rest everything is awsome.

  Very serene and quiet place to stay in. Very beautifully constructed with farm lands around. This is a gated community with ample car parking, avenue plantation, kids play area, swimming pool, basket ball court, club house and 24*7 security.
