  A government owned facility which offers you accommodation according to your requirements too and the view of the surroundings and the lake located at the bank side is quite exquisite and loving. They even hold marriage ceremonies too on pre-booking and offer quality service if asked. For those who never visited Udaipur and can afford little more this is the place to come by.

  This place is located in a good place. Rooms are big with AC and TV.
  The serious issue is with the bathrooms which are not cleaned and has a lot of cockroaches. Geyser doesn't work and there is a bad smell.
  They provide mosquito nets with holes instead of mosquito repellents.
  
  The TV in the reception has a separate costly connection for all channels while the TVs in the rooms have only free channels.
  
  In the restaurant food is tasty and cheap. But the bowls are extremely old and looks disgusting. You may loose your appetite. Tea is not available in the restaurant. If ordered, the they outsource it.

  It's a Govt. Tourist lodge but it is not well to much well maintained. Some of the rooms are in very bad condition to stay only one moment. I think in Tripura there Govt. must need to be little bit conscious about there tourism .
