Avoid room 204. It lacks view and got squeeky door. Drain is broken and toilet seat is old which kinda ruins the ambience. Other rooms are perfect so is the staff and ambience. Food is so good, i haven't tasted anything more wonderful in whole punjab. Last visited on 3rd November.

Clean and modern hotel not too far from the Golden Temple. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were large and well equipped. The restaurant breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that loud guests made lots of noise overnight and the wide clear marble hallways magnified the sound.

Nice...Neat...Guest friendly Hotel at Amritsar. It is located on main axis with all key places incl Golden Temple at stone throw distance.
Very helpful and nice staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel's really close to the railway station. Don't let the taxiwalas fool you by charging 100 bucks. Instead take an auto for 40-50 bucks. The hotel's right off the GT road. I guess I expected the roadside appearance to be grander, and hence the 4 star rating. The lobby is quite spacious and grand, and we were served with a refreshing welcome drink. The staff was quite courteous and even presented us with chocolates and a brownie as Diwali Gifts. The rooms are quite spacious, with a sofa for in them. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would love to come back to this hotel again.

This is a very good hotel yo stay. The rates in comparison to the facilities is normal and affordable. Easy to approach due to on road hotel.

It was really nice place to Stay at GT road Amritsar and close to all nearby popular place. The hospitality and warmth of the staff was appreciable. The breakfast was nice. I would recommend the stay in this hotel.

A superb 4 star experience. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Food quality is awesome. The rooms and specially the washrooms are very clean. They even let me extend the room hours till 4 pm in the evening though the check out time was 12 pm.

Large clean rooms! Fantastic service. Attention to the detail. Interior design with style. Nice bathrooms. The reception area is great. The restaurant - fantastic.

This place is located on the main GT road and very close to railway station. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. Restaurant serves great good with nice ambience. Also, they have a pub called "Buzz".

We were in room 417 and music from the club that they have on the same floor could be heard very clearly in the room. It was very inconvenient! I don't know if that's how it is in all of the rooms, but this was very loud! The front desk, upon request, even informed me that they've sent somebody to have the volume reduced. Didn't help. I'm surprised none of the other comments mentioned it.

This hotel could not provide the first necessity of a hotel: a nice, quiet and comfortable room to sleep in, hence I'm giving it a one star rating.

1. We had an additional bed added to our room which was very uncomfortable.

2. The shower door wouldn't stay closed.

3. There didn't seem to be any cold water in the shower; it varied from hot to scorching hot.

Apart from that, the hotel is nicely located. The staff in friendly and professional. The breakfast is nice and elaborate. And the room is well equipped with all the luxuries.
