I want to inspire and help people to lead a fitter, healthier and a more rewarding life that they deserve. What started off as a passion became a career choice for me and my better half and we never looked back. We will soon be training individuals at the comforts of their homes if they choose to or cater to groups and individuals respectively that are put up in apartment complexes that come with multigym facilities.We have kept our training programs simple and have divided them into :
1.Functional training
2.Weight training
3.Cardio training
4.Kick boxing
5.Basic Yoga workouts
These exercises help increase cardio endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, speed and flexibility which in turn helps an individual lead a better quality of life. We will also be providing general info on nutrition and healthy diet which is indeed the most important factor in staying fit.
