Pathetic and cheat website. Ruined my day.
Their website promised a premium product with home delivery.
Firstly, All flowers are too dull and dried. In this price range, This product is not worth it at all. It seems old flowers.
Secondly, the order had to be picked up from a local landmark as the delivery person was unable to navigate to the address.
Pathetic service. Ruined my mood.

Cake was superb, it was a lovely surprise by my hubby. Flower was fresh. Kitkat was very cutely packaged. Everything was on time. Loved the surprise by my hubby. But one thing was disheartening when I have seen the guy who is delivering everything was riding Bicycle from laketown to birati. It has broken my heart into pieces that too on my birthday eve. Please provide them that amount of money so that they can afford a scooter or scooty or bike. Or provide them the vehicles. Don't be so inhuman. Cut two stars only for that. They are your employees I know situation is tough still. Please take care of your employees because they are doing so much for the company may be he is the only earning member. Please take care of them, Sir. Thank you.
