  Beautiful salon. Service was very good. I got my facial done from Uma. She is amazing. Facial was very relaxing. Uma did a fabulous job. My haircut was done by Kayyum and he did an excellent job. Very nice haircut 😊 I recommend this salon!

  The worst manicure i had i years and I've been in many places in the world! Nail polish old, cheap quality and badly applied, not dry even after waiting 30 minutes and put on the thumbnail near the exit door waiting. Very poor service. Maybe a good colorist but the care is abysmal. I asked to remove the nail polish and I left even less relaxed. Run away, too expensive and not worth it!

  It’s difficult to find stylists in India who are skilled at blonde color and highlights, so I was happy to get a referral to Ravi at Envy from a friend. He took time to listen and understand exactly what I wanted and to get to know my hair. The results were beautiful. I left the salon feeling very pretty. I am very happy at Envi and look forward to going back!

  I visited the salon and despite having booked an appointment they always take someone else and have no work ethics. Geeta on the reception has done this thrice. She gave me an appointment and took some other client in my time. This time I confronted her and she was straight up lying at my face. Apart from her other staff members just bang the phone or don't receive it for hours. I took an appointment but the female staff banged the phone without even listening to me. Shameless behaviour from their side. I have visited twice for nail extensions and the first time Geeta was waiting for someone who never turned up before half an hour and the next time she gave my appointment to someone else.They did nail extensions for my daughter where the staff left her appointment mid way and entertained someone else. On confronting Geeta the next time she flatly started lying.At the same time another client landed whom they had given an appointment at the same time as another client. This is how they take appointments for two people at the same time.Geeta and her staff lack work ethics. Not visiting this zoo again

  With my personal experience, i found this place too over expensive and also not good for haircut though its same as a local salon. No special haircut or looks or creativity with hair. I get my haircut here for the first and last time, i regretted because my hair was looking good earlier and after a cut for this place nothing new i see in my hair. The only haircut they know is layer which is what even my near neighbour parlour is doing in just 200-400rs, whereas you are charging 1200-1500 for the same.
  
  Bad experience! Not recommended.

  Have always loved the work and the speed with which she does it. Kudos to you Dilshad Khan. Mostly come back for my nails and her hospitality. The rest of the staff need to learn some manners.

  Never go there for a hair cut or hair colour. They lack expertise in hair related services but are decent for waxing, pedicure etc. Convinced my husband to go there for a haircut, and the hair dresser did such a shoddy job! It’s almost like the guy didn’t have any clue about hair cutting! So men’s hair cut - 0/5. I’d recommended my sister to go for a hair colour in Jan, and they sold her almost 6+ k worth of hair colouring services! The final result was so bad, that she had to get another hair colour done in another parlour, to get the previous colour removed! Hair colour - 0/5. Will avoid going there now

  Sushma did a great job on me. She gave me a cut which has completely transformed my look and has made me look like a celebrity. Haven’t seen anyone put in so much passion while cutting my hair ever. Great job!

  Really nice services. I went in for a hair color and hair cut. Sushma was my hair dresser. She did a great job with my hair. She helped me choose the right color for my hair and also helped me with the shampoos and serums I should use going further. Adir was also very helpful. Overall it was the best salon experience for me so far. Really grateful to the entire team.

  It is really disappointing insulting waste of time and money when u already take a prior appointment and the staff is not reached to attend you. I had come a day prior personally in the salon spoke to pinky and took her suggestions for nail art .. i asked her that as i had walked in ill come the next day with a prior appointment.. i took an appointment at 12.00 hrs .. as i got done early from an other place. I reached around 11.55 pm.. the girl despite calling by her head at the counter Aarti refused to pick up the call i almost waited for an hour and pinky walks in at 1.. despite taking prior appointment by personally walking in .. speaking to pinky personally and she noting down my name and mumber and time this girl has no sense of responsibility towards her client .. and her good for nothing senior aarti could not do anything except for saying sorry .. really a sorry state of condition at ENVI.. incompetent irresponsible and good for nothing staff..i had just gone once before for medicure pedicure they gave me used napkins.. disappointed i thot of giving them an another chance but to my disgrace this what happens this Is last time at ENVI .. Thanks for the insult

  This is the first time i've used Envi's service. I got a haircut from Kayyum (7 years experience at Envi), a master stylist. He was very efficient with his work and he handled my hair really neat. He gave me a new look and i love it. It does feel like someone really professional worked on my hair. Every salon would try and up sell their products and you can simply just say no, however, i was never asked or forced upon to buy their products. Kayyum asked me about the kind of products i use on my hair and then suggested why not to use what and what could i use instead. The staff was pretty friendly as well and overall i walked out as a happy customer. I would surely recommend Envi to my friends and i look forward to use their services again. Great job Kayyum!.

  I went to Envi Powai for hair colour. My experience was horrible to say the least.The only thing that the people at envi do is upsell with zero regard to customer's requirements or well being. i have decent hair or rather had decent hair before I went to them. Their staff is poorly trained and has no finesse in anything that they do. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don't visit this place if you care about yourself.

  Just had a worst experience with this salon. I had a membership with this place and they made a 2 month old trainee to experiment with my hair and the result was not jus pathetically bad but made me look funny. I had to go to another salon immediately to rectify it but still enough damage was done already.
  When you charge 400-500 Rs for hair cut which is on the premium side then if not good service atleast give basic service without making customer look funny or bleed. Those who look for a salon in Powai, I would rather suggest a roadside one but never ever Envi! Those who still choose to visit Envi, good luck!

  Great services for female customers. Good hair stylist along with most advanced products. They cost ₹900-1000 including taxes for medium length hair cut, wash and blast dry. You may go for application of booster of L'Oréal (1700₹) or Kerastase (2400₹). On weekends please pre-book your slot. There is roadside parking available.

  Very bad experience. They will treat you as per your services ( money ). Normal pedicure is worst. They will forced to do 1k above pedicure. They will ask coffee water other things to other customers in front of you who are paying more than 2 k

  I feel so refreshed! A big thank you to Envi Salon. The Hairstylist did a fantastic job. He did everything to make my hair perfect.I noticed that all staff have big experience and work on the high level in this salon. There is very nice atmosphere, including good music and coffee :). Highly recommended! Great experience, price and great haircut. No reason to go anywhere else!

  On 19th May 2016 around 7:30 p.m one of the staff member of ENVI, Powai - a guy in early 20's had hit a small girl of age 5 - 6 years who was from nearby slum on her shoulder very hard. Her only fault was she was poor & begging outside their shop. We tried to talk the little girl but she was very frightened & crying and pointed towards her shoulder where the finger impressions were clearly visible.
  Even after knowing all this the female staff members of that Envi salon were trying to protect and denying everything. Only after a huge crowd had gathered & forced that idiot to come out & apologize in public. All the shops next to it had witnessed this & you can verify it with them.
  They must be good in haircut but a heartless people with no feelings or humanity. Shame on Envi shop located at Powai Hiranandani, Mumbai !! and salute to those people who joined & taught that idiot a lesson with a very loud & clear message.
