This is long overdue. I hope this review helps anyone looking for an honest entry as I never write reviews. I have been going to Dr. Spine and having Dr. Michael treat me for a little under a year now. Hands down BEST decision I have ever made for myself and my health. A little background, I have been dealing with a chronic pain in the area between my right shoulder point and neck. The muscle would, with the least amount of activity, sometimes even none, bulge up, stiffen and pain continuously. This pain would then radiate up my neck and down to my entire right arm making it very weak and sometimes even numb. It was so bad that lifting a coffee mug was difficult. This pain developed over years and kept getting worse and simple everyday activities like working, driving, writing, typing, or simply anything would trigger the spasm and the ache would remain for days and weeks. It had become something I had come to accept as my normal due to lack of solutions, and trust me I tried. I had been to multiple orthopedics including one very high profile one all the way in Manipal Hospital in Manipal. I had been to neurologists as well. All of them would take one look at me, see my age (30) and dismiss it altogether and boil it down to a "lifestyle" issue, and then proceed to instruct me to not use my phone too much, buy expensive foam pillows and swallow life-long vitamin tablets. I had come to accept that this is something I am going to have to live with. This is important as that was the first thing I noticed with my first appointment with Dr. Michael Craig. He looked at my X-ray and understood that this was an injury that I may have unknowingly incurred. He did not dismiss it. He acknowledged it, saw that there was an actual problem and then said the best thing I have ever heard - "We can fix this." I had tried all the instructions including physio-therapy that all the other doctors had advised but never had any result. Dr. Craig has been the most instrumental in not just a cure for this specific pain, but his adjustments have changed me entirely. You see, the pain had become so normal for me that I did not know what it was like for my body to not be in pain. Just after a few sessions, friends and family noticed a drastic difference in my posture, which I was not even aware was bad, but apparently it was. They noticed and called out changes in my energy and overall being. Here's the thing - mental and physical health are very deeply connected. A simple alignment of the spine has resulted in a life altering ripple effect - I am now able to work, workout regularly, do pull ups, crow stand (yoga posture), build strength in my shoulders, play basketball like I used to back in school/ college, and so many other things that I had sub-consciously started to avoid because of the pain. I cannot emphasize enough how very wholesome a chiropractic adjustment is. It releases so much strain and stress that one's back and body accumulates. And Dr. Craig is now one of my most fondest people, we have amazing conversations that are funny and insightful, he always asks me how I'm feeling the minute I walk in which centers my thoughts to my physical being - to answer him accurately. He is nothing less than a magician to me. I highly highly encourage anyone having ANY health ailment or issue to give this an honest open-minded try. It is truly sad that this science is so underrated. They hold amazing powers of complete natural cures that require no medication. It is the best investment I have ever made. Thank you Dr. Spine and Dr. Michael.

My father-in-law had severe pain in legs and he was struggling to walk when he arrived from Hyderabad to Bangalore. His movement was very limited and was desperate to get some help. I took him to Dr.Spine and he was consulted by the doctor and he did a spinal adjustment on his back followed by a quick physiotherapy of 15 minutes.

My father-in-law felt so much better after that single treatment. The very next day, he was able to walk for almost 2 kms since we took him to Church street for a shopping. Unfortunately my father-in-law didn't bring any documents with him such as X Ray etc.We couldn't return for another session with Dr.Spine since my father in law had a return ticket back to Hyderabad. But that single session was extremely beneficial.

Hello let me share my experience with Dr Spine.I had sciatica pain in left leg and neck pain with a very bad headaches since 5 years and it was increasing. i got a reference from my friend who got treated by Dr Michaeal Craig at Dr Spine. I was not sure of this as i saw one or two bad reviews but the pain was so bad and i lost all hopes on other doctors who recommended surgery, yoga and some one also said i need physio sessions. Finally i went to Dr Craig as my friend insisted and i wanted to give it a try. I was amazed to such a gentle and senior person, he got my x-rays done, suggested me couple of sessions. he was so upfront that pain will come and go till the treatment is over but to complete all sessions. All staffs are good and today i am completely out of any pain and most imp headaches. I have 2 more sessions left and Dr Craig has asked me to come in when ever i have any pain as my spine maintenance. At this age he is treating patients he is a God send for us. God bless him.

I visited Dr. Spine clinic for chiropractic treatment in July 2020 after coming across it on a Google search. In summary, I found Dr. Craig negligent and his treatment made my condition worse. In my view, their business practices are shady. I have shared the details of my experience below.

I was experiencing chronic pain in my left hip, and thought it may be originating in my SI joint. In my first consultation session, Dr. Craig asked me to get several x-rays done and then did some neck and back adjustments. He then recommended that I should come for 12 follow up sessions in order for his treatment to have an effect. His initial adjustment on my neck felt good. When I mentioned this to him, he immediately asked me to write a review. This felt off. The receptionist asked me to pay Rs 3,300 as a fee for the consultation and another Rs. 30,000 in two installments for the following sessions. I didn’t get a thorough sense of comfort from this first consultation and adjustment session, but after some consideration, chose to trust Dr. Craig and paid up.

When I got back home, I began to experience a newer and uncomfortable sensation down my legs. In my next session a couple of days later, I mentioned this to Dr. Craig. He seemed dismissive of my observations and went on to do the same hip adjustments again. I got a sense of negligence from the doctor. The adjustments didn’t feel right to me. My nerve pain increased significantly after the session. That evening I called the clinic to speak with Dr. Craig. He listened to me while I was in tears. He said that I shouldn’t worry about it and that nobody else has complained about this before, and asked me to see him five days later. Those five days were excruciating for me. What had started as a left hip pain had now spread as a radiating nerve pain to the entirety of both my legs and feet, with a persistent discomfort in my neck and spine regions. I was in a state of fear and constant discomfort. In my third session, I was in tears and for the first time, Dr. Craig seemed attentive to my condition. He said that he may have mis-diagnosed and would treat me instead for a herniated disc. I felt like I was in an experiment. He tried other methods and then applied a vibrator device on my lower back to ease my pain at which point I was in a state of fear and utter distrust and asked him to stop.

I decided I had to end treatment. I called them to ask for a refund and they agreed. I refused to pay a single rupee to Dr. Spine and thankfully they have refunded the full amount. I have since then been to an orthopedic spine specialist and am now under his treatment. I felt it was important that I shared this horrific experience in some detail.

Visited this clinic since I was suffering from disc bulge. First session was ok, they gave me ultrasound massage to relieve the pain but it just worked for few minutes. As soon as I got into cab the pain came back. The same thing repeated in the next three sessions too.

After three sessions, my pain actually got worse instead of becoming better. They did adjustments which they are not sure of.

Overall experience was just pathetic !! I wouldn’t recommend this for long term recovery.

Oh pls don’t forget they charge Rs. 3300 for their pathetic service.
