What a pathetic management and service, doctor might be good, but staff, oh god!!! I can't explain, firstly they don't inform that the doctor isn't available to have an in-person, and now when somebody requests for online payment then ask to pay cash, and then when you try to ask them why, they simply say attitude mat dikhao, dikana hai toh dikhao Varna niklo'. I mean, if the doctor is online then why not the payment, and these people are highly dramatic and arrogant. Can't deal, Dr. Gurnani sir, there should be some actions on these activities. What mindless people.

Many known ppl who were taking treatment of gurnani doctor have attempted suicides. Pls dont go to him. He will kill you because he dont know how to treat patients. He is giving too many sleeping drugs to patients and they are suffering from many ailments and madness. He will make your family member mad and he will attempt suicide.

Hey , I don't want to give him even one star!! It should be a big ZERO . I think , this doctor himself needs a psychiatrist.. He is ill mannered, rude, high headed . doesn't even listen to the patient properly. Not recommended. 👎

He does not listen at all , will give you only 2-3 minutes and keeps no records of patients. Every time he will ask if you have come first time even though you have gone many times there, he will not recognise you..bad experience. Looking for some better doctor for my family person who is suffering from some mental issues.

Worst experience ever I have feel. Staff os very disrespectful. She don't know even doctor timing. Dr is not punctual. Staff told that Dr will come at 1pm but he came at 2.30 pm. Dr. Clinic is also very bad in all way no cleaning, in govind time also lots of patients were sitting without mask. Even staff didn't wear mask.

Can't even rate this clinic zeropathetic experiencemade a call to know the timings n fee charges of the doctorn the way the staff attended my call was so disrespectfulI would never recommend this clinic to anybodyI would like to bring this under the manager's notice.kindly work on this..

Pathetic doctor no sense of treating pt giving cocktail of medicine or rather bullet therapy including all the medicine to treat simple depression medicine include antipsychotic antischzophrenic medication. Treating pt with no sympathy and misbehaving with them.
