Great experience! Stayed with family for three days. Very rustic and close to nature location. Very exclusive with only 12 cottages! Experienced and very courteous staff. Safaris and Brahmaputra cruise was excellent! The food was a highlight. All in all an awesome experience.

It is as the rest of the reviews say - excellent in every way. Diphlu River Lodge (owned by Assam Bengal Navigation, I think) was a stop on my cruise on ABN Charaidew (their wonderful ship that cruises on the Brahmaputra). The rural setting with the paddy fields (reminiscent of Four Seasons Chiang Mai but much more authentic) and the top-notch service from the staff made Diphlu a very memorable stay. I have travelled quite a bit around India and this is my favourite part of India..

Perfect getaway. Great cottages, extremely picturesque, adjacent to river Brahmaputra. Here's how u live minimalistic, no TV, no noise and no nonsense. Truly in nature's lap. Tasty food from own farm, fresh produce and fresh fish. Special thanks to gm Mr Roy who was very resourceful and great companion in some unforgettable conversations. Will come back for more

The highest end of hotels available in Kaziranga. A beautiful and tasteful place with an experienced and seasoned staff that know how to take care of the wildlifer's needs. The location next to the river with the sanctuary on the other side is spectacular. The first hotel that was ever developed in Kaziranga by the present owner's father though it did shut down for some time, it is now the pioneer of the rustic luxury in Kaziranga
