Dell completely taking the contract basis and seriously the policies need to be changed for Contract if work is accurate and 100 % genuine y can't they renewal it and after contract end I have been 4 months without job in my career really bad experience many politics and HR people don't know exact policies they will call for interview and after coming they will say I'm sorry as of two year contract completed we can't process your profile. Y can't they check all these in a resume. Contract people will be treated too bad. Try for permanent role is my suggestion. People from permanent role please don't move for Contract role it will be like keeping your career in the air. So be careful.
