  I had availed their services for a 5 night/6 day trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling from Bagdogra for a family of 4 in the month of November. Booking was a breeze, I was able to secure a booking over the phone for the entire trip on a very short notice. All travels permits were arranged by them. Cars were clean, relatively new and most important of all, the drivers were skilled and punctual.The manager was great. He was always available on call to provide any sort of assistance. All in all I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is still in the look out for a safe and reliable taxi service in the region.
